  • Emergency symptoms are immediately directed to emergency services

Does this service require a formal referral?

A formal referral is not required. Patients may self-refer.

With patient authorization, Genesis Reset communicates relevant clinical findings directly to the obstetric provider.

How long does the service last?

Services are time-limited and offered in episode-based packages ranging from 14 to 28 days, depending on patient risk and needs.

Is this home health?

No. This service is not home health and does not operate under Medicare or insurance-based home health regulations. It is a private, RN-led clinical monitoring and care coordination service.

How is this service paid for?

The service is cash-pay. Patients receive detailed invoices and service descriptions that may be submitted to HSA/FSA administrators when eligible.
