You Deserve More Than Just “Good Luck” After Birth.
We believe your care shouldn't end after your discharge from the facility or your final postpartum appointment.
Hey Sis—I'm so glad you're here.
If you’re reading this, you’re likely in one of the most stretching and sacred seasons of your life: postpartum. Whether it’s your first or fifth, birth changes everything—your body, your mind, your identity.
And yet… most of us are handed a baby and told, “You’ll figure it out.” or dismiss it like it's nothing to pay attention to.
That’s why Genesis Redux exists.
Meet Dr. Fabiola (Fab)—Your Sister in the Storm
Hello, beautiful...It's me Fab. You're expert Postpartum Coach and guide during this season.
I'm Dr. Fab — U.S. Army veteran, doctorally-prepared registered nurse, postpartum coach, mom of five, grandmother, and the sister who's going to tell you the truth about this season.
I have spent over 15 years in maternal health, watching brilliant, accomplished, capable women get cleared medically and sent home — to figure out the rest on their own.
"As a momma of 5, I can wholeheartedly say that every experience and season of motherhood is different." - Dr. Fab, RN, Postpartum Coach
Our Mission
At Genesis Redux, our mission is to ensure that no woman enters or exits the postpartum season feeling unprepared, unseen, or alone.
We exist to transform postpartum from a season of survival into a season of sacred restoration — one where women are met with clinical excellence, spiritual grounding, and the kind of steady, dignified support that honors the magnitude of what they have just done. Rooted in faith. Grounded in nursing. Centered on the whole woman.
It is not a crisis to be managed. It is a threshold to be honored. A woman does not simply birth a baby. She births a new version of herself. And that becoming deserves care, reverence, and the space to unfold with grace.
Every woman who comes to Genesis Redux will leave more equipped, more grounded, and more herself than when she arrived. That is our commitment — not just to her recovery, but to her wholeness.
Because when a mother is truly supported — spiritually, physically, emotionally — the baby thrives. The partnership strengthens. The home steadies. And the community around her flourishes.
That is the Genesis Redux vision.
I Didn't Just Build This. I lived it and have helped so many women through this!
The Postpartum season hit me like a tsunami especially with my 5th child that I had in my 40's, in a fairly, new marriage, my last baby 8 years prior, becoming a grandma, excelling in my career, and going through a life/identity shift.
With all my training. All my credentials. All my clinical knowledge...It humbled me. It stretched me. It changed everything I thought I understood about recovery.
That experience — the collision of professional expertise and personal vulnerability — is what shaped every part of Genesis Redux.
I see myself as a spiritual midwife in this season. Walking alongside you as your body heals, your identity shifts, and your life reconfigures itself around this new and sacred beginning.
My promise to you: I will never talk at you. I will walk with you.
OUR VALUES
-
01 — Faith Over Fear
We believe God is the source of true strength, grace, wisdom, and healing — especially in the most vulnerable seasons of a woman's life. We do not merely offer clinical support. We encourage every mother to anchor herself in the One who provides what no program, product, or practitioner ever fully can. When she is overwhelmed, we point her back to Him. When she is uncertain, we remind her that she is not navigating this alone — and never was.
-
02 — Dignity in Every Interaction
Every woman who comes to us arrives carrying something sacred. We treat her that way — without exception, without condescension, and without the subtle message that she should already have this figured out. She is not a patient to be processed. She is a woman to be honored. Our care reflects that at every touchpoint.
-
03 — Clinical Excellence, Always
We hold ourselves to the highest standard of evidence-informed, nurse-led maternal care. Dr. Fab's 15+ years of maternal health experience, doctoral preparation, and lived wisdom are not a backdrop — they are the foundation of every product, service, and resource we offer. We do not guess. We do not generalize. We bring precision, expertise, and accountability to this work every single time.
-
04 — Holistic by Design
A woman is not just a body recovering from birth. She is a spirit processing a sacred transition, a mind recalibrating under new demands, and an identity quietly — and profoundly — reshaping itself. Genesis Redux addresses all of it. Physical healing. Emotional steadiness. Spiritual grounding. Identity clarity. We do not treat pieces of a woman. We support the whole of her.
-
05 — Thriving, Not Just Surviving
Postpartum is not something to white-knuckle through. It is not a season to simply endure until you feel like yourself again. It is an opportunity — to rest deeply, to reflect honestly, to refine your identity, and to rise into the next chapter with intention. We refuse to set the bar at survival. We set it at flourishing. And we build everything we offer around that standard.
-
06 — The Mother Is the Mission
When a mother is truly supported — physically, emotionally, spiritually — everything around her is affected. The baby is calmer. The partnership is stronger. The home is steadier. The community around her is better for it. We do not support mothers as a means to an end. We support them because they matter — and because the ripple effect of a well-supported woman is immeasurable.
-
07 — The Partner Is Not a Bystander
Postpartum does not happen to one person. It happens to a family. At Genesis Redux, we see the partner. We acknowledge their transition as real, their needs as valid, and their role as vital. We do not ask them to hold everything together while quietly unraveling. We equip them — with understanding, practical tools, and the permission to acknowledge that this season is stretching them too. We support the partner because supporting the partner is supporting the mother.
-
08 — The Postpartum Ecosystem
We do not believe in centerpiece care — where one person receives all the attention while the system around them quietly destabilizes. We believe in ecosystem care. Every member of the household is transitioning. Every person in that home is adjusting to new rhythms, new roles, and new versions of themselves. Ignoring one weakens the whole. Supporting both strengthens everyone. When a family is supported together, healing does not just happen — it deepens. Connection strengthens. The household stabilizes. And what could have been a season of quiet fracturing becomes a season of genuine, lasting growth — for both of them.
That is the ecosystem we are committed to building.
Genesis Redux exists because postpartum deserves more than survival — it deserves rest, reverence, and the kind of support that honors the sacred transition of becoming
