Hello, beautiful...It's me Fab. You're expert Postpartum Coach and guide during this season.

I’m a U.S. Army veteran, postpartum coach, DNP-prepared registered nurse with over 15 years in maternal health experience, a mom of 5, a grandma, a sister and a friend to many. I received my Bachelors of Nursing from New York University (NYU), my Masters from Liberty University, and my Doctorate in Nursing Practice in Public Health Nursing Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

I’ve helped hundreds of women navigate the emotional, physical, and spiritual fog that follows childbirth, and thereafter. Even with all my clinical experience, postpartum hit me like a wave. And it’s that personal + professional collision that shaped Genesis Redux.

I created Genesis Redux to reset how we care for women—body, mind, and soul. Because postpartum deserves more than checklists. You deserve more than silence and survival.

Genesis to the Genesis

Here’s a little piece of the heart behind this work.

The concept for this business, products and services was born in my living room during one of the most sacred, tender seasons of my life. I finally put it into action while my eldest daughter was walking through her own birth and postpartum journey—and at the same time, while I was pregnant with my fifth child.

I didn’t just offer this.

I lived it.

As I navigated my own postpartum season, I walked myself through every lesson in my e-course, every reflection, every rhythm. I let the material meet me in real time—through exhaustion, identity shifts, prayer, healing, and becoming. And through that process, I refined it. Deepened it. Made it more honest, more supportive, and more aligned with what women actually need in this season.

What you’re holding now is not theory...It’s lived wisdom.

It’s been shaped in the quiet, vulnerable places of this season—and has since supported many women as they navigated postpartum with more grace, clarity, and spiritual grounding.
