This information is used to create a personalized care plan and guide your RN support sessions. After purchase, clients complete an intake so a personalized Genesis Reset™ care plan can be created. Support begins after your intake is completed and reviewed. Scheduling details will be shared once your care plan is created.

Yes. Genesis Reset™ provides evidence-based education and guidance around breastfeeding and infant feeding, including what is normal, when to seek help, and how to navigate common challenges. This does not replace care from a lactation consultant but offers informed nursing support and coordination.

Genesis Reset™ facilitates access to trusted postpartum meal partners curated to support recovery and nourishment. Clients order directly with partner companies. Meal support varies by package, with white-glove coordination and nourishment credits available at higher tier

Genesis Reset™ offers facilitated access to trusted pelvic floor therapists, mental health platforms, and registered dietitians through optional add-on services. These services are provided by licensed third-party professionals and billed separately.

Genesis Reset™ is faith-rooted and spiritually grounded, but not performative or prescriptive. Spiritual tools such as affirmations, scripture, or prayer prompts are offered gently and are always optional. Clients choose the level of spiritual engagement that feels aligned.

Genesis Reset™ Essentials provides foundational postpartum nursing support and a personalized care plan. Genesis Reset™ Signature includes everything in Essentials plus partner onboarding, a postpartum kit, the full Postpartum Reset E-Course, and enhanced concierge guidance. Another major difference between the two packages is that the Essentials package offers optional access, whereas the Signature package offers access with RN-guided insight and timing.
