STEP 1 — Complete Your Intake Form

Before your first session, your RN already knows you.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive Genesis Reset™ intake form completed at your own pace. Your responses are reviewed by your RN before Session 1 — so she arrives already familiar with your history, your concerns, and your specific postpartum needs. Your intake also allows your RN to assess your individual risk level before your first meeting.

This means your very first session is never generic. It is personalized, prepared, and built around you from the moment it begins.

And your partner completes one too.

For the first time, the person walking this journey beside you is also seen, assessed, and prepared before the process begins. Your partner's intake ensures they arrive to their session already supported — not overlooked.

Support begins after your intake is completed and reviewed. This is intentional — it ensures that your very first session is already prepared, personalized, and ready for you.

STEP 2 — Session 1: Meet Your RN (30–45 Minutes)

This is where it begins. And you will feel the difference immediately.

Your first session is a dedicated, unhurried conversation with your Genesis Reset™ RN. She already knows your story. Now she gets to know you.

Together you will cover:

Physical Recovery Education What is actually happening in your body. What is normal, what is not, and what signs to watch for — so you can stop second-guessing every sensation and trust your healing.

Breastfeeding & Feeding Support Practical, clinical, and honest guidance on feeding — without judgment, without pressure, and without generic advice that doesn't account for your specific situation.

Red Flags vs. Normal Healing The questions you've been Googling at 2am finally get answered by someone qualified. Your RN will walk you through exactly when to act and when to rest.

Emotional Processing & Identity Support The fog, the grief, the joy, the disorientation — all of it is real. Your RN holds space for the identity shift that comes with stepping into a new season of yourself.

Spiritual Grounding Gentle grounding tools — affirmations, scripture, or prayer prompts — tailored to your preferences. Because your faith is not separate from your recovery. It is part of it.

STEP 3 — Partner Support Session & Mini Course

Because your healing doesn't happen in isolation — and neither does theirs.

The Signature Package includes dedicated, structured support for your partner — not just information, but real preparation for the role they are stepping into.

Before the partner session, your partner completes their own Genesis Reset™ intake form. This ensures that when they arrive to their session, the conversation is already built around their specific concerns, their adjustment, and their needs — not a generic overview of postpartum.

The Partner Mini Course A focused, self-paced course with tools, frameworks, and practical guidance designed specifically for partners navigating the postpartum season. This is not a pamphlet. It equips your partner with what they need to show up — for you and for themselves.

The Partner Support Session A dedicated one-on-one session for your partner with your Genesis Reset™ RN. A space to ask the questions they haven't said out loud. To process their own adjustment. To get equipped — practically and emotionally — for the role postpartum is asking them to play.

After your first session, your RN reviews everything — your intake, your partner's intake, your conversation, your goals, and your risk profile — and creates your personalized Genesis Reset™ Care Plan.

Your roadmap for this season. Structured. Clear. Practical. And designed to meet you exactly where you are — not where a template assumes you should be.

Your Care Plan is delivered digitally and includes recovery guidance, spiritual grounding tools, and specific recommendations developed from what your RN learned about you.

STEP 5 — Session 2: Your Follow-Up Appointment (30–45 Minutes)

Because a plan is only as good as the support behind it.

Your second session is your check-in. How is the care plan working? What has shifted? What needs to be adjusted?

Your RN will review your progress, answer questions that have come up since Session 1, and refine your plan as needed. This is an active, responsive follow-up by someone who knows your full picture and is paying attention.
