Genesis Redux is committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience for our physical products, including postpartum kits, hospital go-bags, and curated recovery items. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to:

  • Verify payment

  • Prepare, assemble, and package your order

  • Transfer the shipment to the carrier

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Genesis Redux reserves the right to extend processing times during:

  • Product launches

  • Promotions or sales

  • High-volume periods

  • Supply chain delays beyond our control

2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship using reputable third-party carriers, which may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional or national carriers

The shipping method and carrier are selected based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Genesis Redux does not guarantee carrier selection unless explicitly stated at checkout.

3. SHIPPING TIMELINES (ESTIMATES ONLY)

All shipping timelines provided at checkout or on the Website are estimates, not guarantees.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier:

  • Delivery timelines are determined solely by the carrier

  • Genesis Redux is not responsible for carrier delays, service disruptions, weather events, or labor issues

4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of delayed delivery or refused packages.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor tracking updates

  • Ensure accurate delivery information is provided at checkout

Genesis Redux is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY FAILURES

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Undeliverable due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost Shipments

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • File a claim with the carrier

Genesis Redux is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact info@drfabrn.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged items and packaging

We reserve the right to:

  • Replace the damaged item

  • Issue store credit

  • Deny claims submitted outside the stated timeframe

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

If Genesis Redux offers international shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary significantly

  • Genesis Redux is not responsible for customs delays or seizures

International shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

10. FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may be designated as final sale for health, hygiene, or safety reasons. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale status will be clearly disclosed on the product page.

11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Genesis Redux reserves the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to PO Boxes or restricted addresses
