HOW IT WORKS: YOUR FOUR-STEP JOURNEY

STEP 1 — Complete Your Intake Form

Before your first session, your RN already knows you.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive Genesis Reset™ intake form completed at your own pace, in the comfort of your home. This is not paperwork for the sake of paperwork. Your responses are reviewed by your RN before Session 1 so she arrives already familiar with your history, your concerns, and your specific postpartum needs.

This means your very first session is never generic. It is personalized, prepared, and built around you from the moment you walk in.

Your intake also allows your RN to assess your individual risk level before your first meeting — so nothing is missed, and nothing catches anyone off guard.

STEP 2 — Session 1: Meet Your RN (30–45 Minutes)

This is where it begins. And you will feel the difference immediately.

Your first session is a dedicated, unhurried conversation between you and your Genesis Reset™ RN. She already knows your story. Now she gets to know you.

Together, you will cover:

Physical Recovery Education What is actually happening in your body right now. What is normal, what is not, and exactly what signs to watch for — so you can stop second-guessing every sensation and finally trust your own healing.

Breastfeeding & Feeding Support Practical, clinical, and honest guidance on feeding — without judgment, without pressure, and without the generic advice that doesn't account for your specific situation.

Red Flags vs. Normal Healing The questions you've been Googling at 2am finally get answered by someone qualified. Your RN will walk you through the difference between expected postpartum changes and the signs that warrant a call to your provider — so you know exactly when to act and when to rest.

Emotional Processing & Identity Support This transition is real. The fog, the grief, the joy, the disorientation — all of it is real. Your RN will help you name what you are experiencing, normalize what deserves to be normalized, and hold space for the identity shift that comes with stepping into a new season of yourself.

Spiritual Grounding For women of faith, this season is also a spiritual one. Your RN will offer gentle grounding tools — affirmations, scripture, or prayer prompts — tailored to your preferences. Because healing is not just physical. And your faith is not separate from your recovery. It is part of it.

STEP 3 — Your Personalized Genesis Reset™ Care Plan

Delivered digitally. Built entirely around you.

After your first session, your RN reviews everything — your intake responses, the conversation you shared, your goals, your concerns, and your risk profile — and creates your personalized Genesis Reset™ Care Plan.

This is your postpartum roadmap. Structured. Clear. Practical. And designed to meet you exactly where you are in this season.

Your Care Plan is delivered digitally and includes recovery guidance, spiritual grounding tools, and the specific recommendations your RN developed based on what she learned about you — not a template, not a general guide.

This is the plan that was missing when you left the hospital.

STEP 4 — Session 2: Your Follow-Up Appointment (30–45 Minutes)

Because a plan is only as good as the support behind it.

Your second session is your check-in. How is the care plan working for you? What has shifted? What needs to be adjusted?

Your RN will review your progress, answer questions that have come up since Session 1, and refine your care plan as needed. This is not a formality — it is an active, responsive follow-up by someone who knows your full picture and is paying attention.

Because postpartum does not follow a script. And your support should be able to move with you when life doesn't either.
