DEPOSIT: Complex Recovery Package (28 Days)| Private Postpartum Nurse Care

This product represents a clinical nursing service deposit for RN-led postpartum monitoring and care coordination. Services are delivered after clinical intake approval. Deposits reserve clinical capacity and are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due prior to service initiation.

The Complex Recovery Package offers extended RN-led postpartum monitoring for mothers with multiple medical or obstetric risk factors who require ongoing clinical oversight after birth. Only available in HOUSTON, TX.

This package provides structured surveillance, coordinated care, and early escalation during the first month postpartum.

This service provides licensed nursing care and monitoring only.

What This Package Includes

• Four (4) in-home Registered Nurse visits (60–75 minutes each)

• Weekly scheduled virtual RN check-ins

• Comprehensive postpartum nursing assessments

• Multi-risk monitoring (blood pressure, symptoms, wound recovery, infections, glucose support when applicable)

• Reinforcement of individualized monitoring plans

• Ongoing coordination with your obstetric provider

• Final clinical summary at service completion (with authorization)

Appropriate For

• Advanced maternal age with multiple risk factors (35+)
• History of postpartum complications
• Hypertensive disorders, glucose dysregulation, or complex recovery needs
• Mothers requiring extended clinical surveillance after discharge
  

Important Information

• Services are delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse 

• This service does not include diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment decisions

• As we partner with them, our OB or midwife remains the diagnosing and treating provider

• Emergency symptoms require immediate medical attention (call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department)

This product requires a non-refundable clinical deposit to reserve RN care capacity. Remaining balance is due prior to the first in-home visit.
